Booking Q&A

Specific questions and answers when booking a recording session or walk through.
What is your cancellation policy?
Let us start off by stating we are not trying to make money on cancellations, we would much rather prefer everything goes as planned but there are times when things do not. Our charges enable us to pay team members who were planning on being ready for your recording session, even though they do not have to work the session when you cancel, they do plan their days out to be of service.

Seven (7) days no charge from time of recpetion by email or text.

Six (6) days until day before. Example your booking is on Friday but you cancelled on Saturday, there would be a 25% or up to $150 charge.

But if you cancel the day before or day-of your booking, then we charge a flat $150.00.

Special acceptions can be made for emergencies or grace given to repeat clientle.
Can we tour the studios before booking?
Of course. In fact we prefer that you do...we want to make sure we are a good fit for you production.

No hard sell here, if we are a fit great, if not. We hope you find what you're looking for.
Do you offer same day bookings?
We do with those who have booked with us before or have come by for a walk through of the studios.

Otherwise the only thing that may hinder our ability to provide options for your recording, is if there is a studio availabel to shoot in.
How far in advance should I book a recording session?
We have multiple studios and unless you would want an exclusive shoot, meaning we have no other studios recording our availability is flexible to accommodate.

Another scenario which could arise, you want the "Daft Punk" set but it is booked, if that is the case we have alternatives to create the same style or it can help to book a week or even a month on advance.
Can I book a session outside of regular business hours?
Since you're 24/7 by appointment, this addresses a big decision factor for late-night or weekend creators. The cost is essentially $100 mor eper hour. Normal business hours are 8a - 8p PST 7 days a week.
Do I need to bring my own gear?
In almost all scenarios, no. Our pricing includes everyting needed to ffulfill the serivice.

But there could be scenarios where you would bring some of your own equipment depending upon the situation and your preference Example, during a remote podcast you may choose to bring your own earpods instead of using our over the ear headphones.
What’s included in a podcast studio rental?
Each service + rental has it's own set of what comes with the booking but we do our best to provide inclusive poptions and clear pricing.
How many people can I bring into the studio?
10 people per booking unless you would like to book out mutliple studio sets.
What are the differences between the studios?
Each studio has it's own nuances of space and how the room iteself is shaped. But we can dress any of the studio sets the same as another.
